NH Business Resource Center Procurement Technical Assistance Program
A no-cost service to assist businesses in securing government contracts, NH-PTAP exisits to help NH businesses, large or small, obtain the information needed to bid competitively on all federal, state and local government agency contracts by providing marketing and procurement information, technical and quality assurance counseling, bid matching services, product and procurement histories, military specifications, researching of business codes, registering on all appropriate websites, locating federal acquisitions regulations, and process management skills.

NHES offers programs and services that will help your business. They provide information and assistance to help you build a qualified workforce and help your business grow.They help promote workforce development and work with state and federal agencies to assist in employee training, retention, expansion and layoff aversion. NH Manufacturing Extension Partnership
The NH MEP is part of a nationwide network of technical, manufacturing and business specialists. The NH MEP is a unique resource for manufacturing in NH that supports manufacturers by facilitating manufacturing interaction between industry, government, and academia with services focusing on such core disciplines as: Business Planning and Enterprise Development, Product Development, Supply Chain Development, Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement, Quality Improvement Assurance, Information Technology Management, and International Business Development.

NH Small Business Development Center (NH SBDC)
NH SBDC provides confidential long-term business management consulting and educational programs to more than 3000 New Hampshire small businesses each year. The NH SBDC offers a variety of on line tools including numerous "e-learning courses- on-line anytime 24/7", as well as access to information and referrals. Specialized services include the Environmental Management Program and the Restaurant Initiative. The NH SBDC is the only NH agency that has full-time certified business advisors providing one-on-one, long term management consulting to small businesses. The NH SBDC is an outreach program of the UNH Wittemore School of Business and Economics and a cooperative venture of the US SBA, NH DRED, the University System of NH and the private sector.

Northern Community Investment Corporation
NCIC is a private, non-profit, community based corporation dedicated to generating and preserving employment and other social and economic benefits for the region by prudent investment of its own resources. NCIC provides capital and professional assistance for a wide range of business and community development ventures and investments and is certified by the SBA to provide SBA Microloans up to $35,000 for working capital or for the purchase of inventory, supplies, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Rockingham Economic Development Corporation
Rockingham Economic Development Corporation is a regional development organization providing alternate loan funds to businesses throughout Rockingham County. The Regional Loan Fund assists emerging, expanding, and relocating businesses with their financing needs, particularly with subordinate or gap financing. Additionally, they provide Technical Assistance for Business Plan Development; Preloan packaging includes project review for eligibility for federal, state or other funding sources. The REDC also coordinates the Stategic Plan for Rockingham County.

SCORE
SCORE, "Counselors to America's Small Business" offers free counseling to established small businesses and to start-ups, on a personal face-to-face basis, one time or long term. They are a national non-profit association and a resource partner with the U.S. SBA. Five NH branches cover the state with over 200 members, working and retired business professionals and a tremendous variety of expertise. Workforce Opportunity Council & NH Job Training Fund
